Malankara Jacobite Syrian Sunday School Association under the Holy Apostolic see of Antioch and all the East is head quartered at Puthencruz.The head office has the General Secretary and other administrative members functioning from here. Classes are from grade I to XII and each grade shall have its own curriculum. A centralized Sunday school committee will be formed at the Vicariate level with Patriarchal vicar/Metropolitan as its head, Priest/Vicar as director, Secretary and Headmasters/headmistresses. A curriculum committee will be formed for framing, revising the syllabus and conducting examinations within the vicariate. For the Annual examination a centralized examination board will be formed for the purpose of the transparent, smooth and efficient functioning.
